Use of Your Personal Information

 To better serve you, we may ask you to provide business information, such as your e-mail address, business name, business address, zip code, business telephone number, number of years in business, number of employees, and business description.  In order to access some Contracts For Women Advocacy services, you may be asked to sign in with an e-mail address and password. As part of creating your business profile, you may also be requested to provide questions and secret answers, which we use to help verify your identity and assist in resetting your password, as well as an alternate e-mail address.

We use your personal information to communicate with you. We may send certain service communications such as welcome letters, billing and announcements.  Additionally, with your permission, we may send you information about other products and services, and/or share your personal information with Contracts For Women Advocacy partners so they may send you information about business opportunities, and other products and services.

Sharing Your Personal Information

Except as described in this statement, we will not disclose your personal information outside of Contracts For Women Advocacy and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without your consent. Some Contracts For Women Advocacy partnership links or advertisements allow you to choose to share your personal information with select Contracts For Women Advocacy partners so that they can contact you about their products, services or offers; or to give you a choice as to whether you wish to receive communications from them.

We may occasionally contract with other companies to provide limited services on our behalf.  Those service providers will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
